Cozy, spacious room, modern fittings, modern bathroom, good wifi, TV easy to handle. Good lightening from different sources. Check-in information was clear and good for me Good value for money. 2 supermarkets nearby Very close to a tram station with regular trams to city and railway station (unless traffic is interrupted by construction work, as in March 2025 the case)

Location is perfect with parking and eating and shopping facilities at your doorstep. The hotel is clean well built and the rooms are perfectly designed with a comfortable bed and Netflix available. The staff are very friendly and happy assist with extra towels or whatever you need . The best value hotel I have enjoyed .

Very Excellent and Comfortable....Very good location and easy 👍🏾 to get bus, tram and nice shops just around 👍🏾.....Anytime i come to Essen....it will be my home... Parking was very, very excellent.......easy to locate... Thanks 🤟🏾😍🫶🏾

Really clean and light. Good location to local tram stop for access to Essen and the train station. Comfortable beds.

There was an online self-check-in which gave us a code key to access the room - hence convenient if arriving late. There was underground parking available (need to drive from the back side of the building - follow instructions in the check-in email). We stayed with a dog, for which we paid extra 10e. The room was clean, the shower was great - had strong water pressure, was spacious. There was TV with Netflix in the room too. The location is great as there is number of local restaurants around as well as grocery shops available.
