Cozy, spacious room, modern fittings, modern bathroom, good wifi, TV easy to handle. Good lightening from different sources. Check-in information was clear and good for me Good value for money. 2 supermarkets nearby Very close to a tram station with regular trams to city and railway station (unless traffic is interrupted by construction work, as in March 2025 the case)

Nice cozy quiet and very modern room Good wifi and TV. Self-check-in was clear and working well. Good lightening. Got very good price Easy to reach with tram/U-Bahm from Essen railway station to hotel, which ia just accross the tram stations. Frequent services with lines 101, 103, 105. Aldi Supermarket nearby in the same complex.

Location is perfect with parking and eating and shopping facilities at your doorstep. The hotel is clean well built and the rooms are perfectly designed with a comfortable bed and Netflix available. The staff are very friendly and happy assist with extra towels or whatever you need . The best value hotel I have enjoyed .

The AI Assistant was very helpful. We had an upgrade free of charge due to an issue with the sink in the room we were assigned to. They have a very wonderful cutomer service, location is very good with the tram just some few meters from the Hotel. Just around the hotel is Aldi and Edeka.

The room was very clean, neat and comfortable. You can see that they take good care of the rooms and put attention in how they clean and attend to them. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep! It was easily accessible, we found it with no trouble at all. We also appreciated the smart TV.

Very Excellent and Comfortable....Very good location and easy 👍🏾 to get bus, tram and nice shops just around 👍🏾.....Anytime i come to Essen....it will be my home... Parking was very, very excellent.......easy to locate... Thanks 🤟🏾😍🫶🏾

Both of our rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. message sent when rooms were ready and door codes meant it was easy when we arrived as there is no reception. Having visited before it was nice to be back, the underground parking at the rear was great

Really clean and light. Good location to local tram stop for access to Essen and the train station. Comfortable beds.

Stopover on my journey from Berlin to UK. Excellent value for money. Clean and a comfortable bed and pillow. Basic but modern. Perfect for a short rest, probably not for long term stay due to location in a retail park.
